Police are preparing a report for the State Coroner following a suspected drowning at Klemzig.
Just after 10.20am on Thursday 7 March, patrols and paramedics were called to Price Avenue after a girl, aged 4 was pulled from a pool unconscious.
Paramedics worked desperately to revive the girl before rushing her to hospital where she sadly died.
There are no suspicious circumstances.
