Drug charges at Beenleigh

Beenleigh police have arrested four people after allegedly uncovering ice, cash and drug paraphernalia during the raid of a property in Eagleby this morning.

Officers executed a search warrant at a Dampier Avenue residence where they seized a quantity of ice amphetamine, cannabis, drug utensils and more than $2,600 in cash.

Police charged a 38-year-old man with two counts of possessing dangerous drugs and one count each of possessing drug utensils and possessing property suspected of being the proceeds of crime.

He is due to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on April 3.

A 23-year-old man was charged with two counts of possessing dangerous drugs and is expected to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on March 25.

A 55-year-old man was charged with possessing drug utensils and is due to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on April 8.
