A man will face court after large quantities of drugs were allegedly seized at a property in Sydney’s south today.
In April 2026, detectives attached to St George Police Area Command established Strike Force SNERT to investigate the alleged supply of prohibited drugs throughout the St George area.
Following extensive inquiries, about 6.05am yesterday (Tuesday 16 June 2026), detectives, with assistance from Strike Force Odin and the Dog Unit, executed a search warrant at a home on Hampden Street, Beverly Hills.
During the search, officers allegedly located and seized 4.5 litres of 1,4-Butanediol, 35g of methamphetamine, 30g of cocaine, 4g of heroin, testosterone vials, knuckle dusters, prescription medications, $2,700 in cash, electronic devices, and drug paraphernalia.
A 45-year-old man was arrested at the scene before he was taken to Kogarah Police Station and charged with the following offences,
- Six counts of supply prohibited drug greater than indictable and less than commercial quantity
- Two counts of supply prohibited drug greater than or equal to large commercial quantity
- Supply prohibited drug greater than or equal to commercial quantity
- Three counts of supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis
- Two counts of knowingly deal with proceeds of crime
- Owner/occupier knowingly allow use as drug premises
- Three counts of possess/attempt to prescribe restricted substance
- Possess prohibited drug
- Possess unauthorised pistol
- Possess ammunition without holding license/permit/authority
- Two counts of possess or use a prohibited weapon without permit, and
- Fail to comply digital evidence access order direction
He was refused bail to appear before Sutherland Local Court today (Wednesday 17 June 2026).
