Durong –vegetation fire as at 4.15pm Thurs 24 Sept
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) crews remain on scene monitoring a vegetation fire burning between McPhee Road, Kingaroy Burrandowan Road and Freshwaters Road, Durong. Firefighters have contained the fire. People in the area may still be affected by smoke which will reduce visibility and air quality. If residents are concerned their property is under threat, they are advised to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
