Police are investigating an early morning robbery at a gaming room at Windsor Gardens.
Just before 4am on Saturday 14 September, two men, one armed with an axe has entered a gaming room of a venue on North East Road and threatened staff.
The two men stole cash and a staff member’s handbag, before leaving. They were last seen getting into a silver Mazda 6, and heading south along Albert Street towards Howard Street.
Thankfully, no one was injured during the incident.
The suspects are described as wearing all black clothing, one with a black balaclava, the other a white surgical mask.
