Kiama Council
Kiama Council is opening Jamberoo Pool early this year (Monday 20 November) following requests from our community.
Director of Planning, Environment and Communities Jessica Rippon said: “We’re pleased to be able to grant this community request and we thank them for their initiative in bringing this to Council.”
“We invite the community to come to Jamberoo Pool and enjoy the facility throughout what is predicted to be a hot summer.”
The pool normally opens early December.
The pool will still close, as normal, on Sunday 24 March.
Entry to the pool will remain free throughout the season.
The opening hours are:
20 November – 15 December
- Monday – Friday 12:30pm to 6:30pm
- Weekends 9:30am to 6:30pm
15 December – 28 January
- Monday – Sunday 9.30am to 6:30pm
- Christmas Eve/New Year’s Eve 9.30am to 4pm
- Closed Christmas Day/Boxing Day
- New Year’s Day 9.30am to 6.30pm
- Australia Day 9.30am to 6.30pm
29 January – 24 March
- Monday – Friday 12:30pm to 6:30pm
- Weekends 9:30am to 6:30pm
Jamberoo Pool is supervised by a Council lifeguard.
