Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal crash that occurred yesterday, Tuesday 27 August 2019, in Elgin.
About 3pm, a blue Kia Cerato hatchback was travelling along Elgin Road. Approximately 1 kilometre south of Clarke Road, the vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
The driver of the Kia Cerato, a 43-year-old man from South Bunbury, died at the scene.
Major Crash investigators would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash, or the Kia Cerato prior to the crash, and ask anyone who was in the area around the time of the crash who has dashcam vision to come forward.
