Feeling poetic? Express yourself this summer with the Summer Poetry Competition.
Poets of all ages are invited to get creative and submit a poem that they have written about summer.
All entries will be compiled into a book that will be available for loan from the libraries from early 2024. Prizes will also be awarded to entrants from all age groups who have submitted exceptional pieces of poetry.
There are two ways you can enter:
Download and print out our entry form (or pickup a copy at your local library) then return your completed form to the library front desk; OR
Submit your poem as a word or pdf document via the form below.
Entries are open to all ages. Winners from each age group will be notified by the library via email.
