The Esk artist embraces the opportunity to pay attention, look more closely, take note, and then respond.
This response manifests into her impressionistic watercolour paintings of the local flora and fauna.
The backgrounds are kept intentionally dreamy and ethereal, where more details are applied to the main subject – creating a focus.
Susan’s paintings invite the viewer to slow down, and experience some of the magic of our natural world.
