Walking together and creating lasting impact

The outcomes in this report reflect more than employment, training and business participation. They represent the everyday support, encouragement and practical assistance provided to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across ETC’s footprint.

Throughout the year, ETC worked alongside individuals at different stages of their journey. For some, this meant gaining employment, enrolling in training or exploring self-employment opportunities. For others, it meant receiving mentoring, accessing cultural support, building confidence or taking the first steps towards future goals.

Beyond direct service delivery, ETC remained actively involved in communities through National Reconciliation Week events, NAIDOC Week celebrations and a range of community partnerships and sponsorships. These activities provided opportunities to celebrate culture, learn from local communities and support initiatives that are important to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Together, these efforts contribute to outcomes that cannot always be measured by statistics alone. They help strengthen cultural understanding, support individual aspirations and reinforce ETC’s commitment to walking alongside First Nations peoples and communities.

ETC remains committed to continuing this work and creating positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across New South Wales and Queensland.
