“Events play a huge role in attracting visitors to the Territory, which boosts our economy, and creates and supports jobs. The events industry will play a vital role in the Territory’s post-COVID recovery, and the Event Funding Program offers an extra level of support for event organisers.

“The Territory is one of the most unique places in Australia, and home to some of the country’s most distinctive events and festivals. Every year applications for the Event Funding Program show there is a huge appetite for holding vibrant, memorable events, and we look forward to seeing what creative ideas are put forward this round to help expand and develop the Territory’s events calendar further.”
