Bus routes and times may vary during the UCI Road World Championships weeks. For up to date service info, download the Opal App.

There will be some on-street parking available, but due to event road closures, we encourage you to park further away and walk or bus to the event site.

The free UCI Shuttle Bus will be operating for the Spin Fest Beach Party up until 11pm. For up-to-date service information for trains and busses visit the Transport for NSW website.

How much are tickets and where do I book?

Good news! This is a free event and there’s no need to book a ticket. That said, attendee numbers are limited, and we’ll be admitting people on a first in best dressed basis.

This means you will be able to leave to go get food from the food truck area or neighbouring cafes and restaurants. If the event reaches capacity, you might have to wait a little bit to be readmitted, depending on attendee numbers.

Where is the entry to the event?

There will be seven pedestrian access points along Cliff Road to North Wollongong Beach. Each entry will be controlled by security and conditions of entry will be applied.

Can I BYO food or drinks?

Yes, but glass bottles and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. This is an alcohol-free event and bag searches will take place on entry.

Food trucks and nearby cafes will provide plenty of food and drink options during the event. If you’d prefer to bring your own, food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted.

Prefer to dine in? Nearby venues including the Novotel, Diggies Café and North Beach Pavilion will open late for dinner and drinks.

Please be aware that if you visit the food truck area and neighbouring venues you will need to go through the security entries again to access the performance area.

Does that mean I should eat before I go?

Only if you want to. People will be allowed to move in and out of the event precinct. You just might have to wait a little bit to be readmitted (if the event has reached capacity).

Can I go for a swim at North Beach?

No. The Beach Party will take place on the sand at North Wollongong Beach. Please note that the beach will be closed for swimming from 5pm onwards. Remember… no red and yellow flags = no swim!
