Notification letters advising neighbours of applications received by Council will continue to be sent out during December 2020 and January 2021, however:
The period between Monday 14 December 2020 and Friday 8 January 2021 inclusive will be excluded from the notification period.
This applies to notifications for all Development Applications, building certificates and tree applications.
To avoid extended notification concerning 14 day notification period, an application would need to be lodged in Council’s system before 5pm on Tuesday 23 November 2020.

Note: applications submitted via the ePlanning Portal pending for lodgement is not considered “lodged”.
Extended notification means the additional number of days for all applications lodged within the period of Monday 14 December 2020 to Friday 8 January 2021.
