Family favourites and cult classics to feature on Wagga Wagga Art Gallery’s big screen this

This winter The Jackdaw Film Series returns to Wagga Wagga Art Gallery with another amazing program of cinema for all ages – Just for Kids and Dystopian Winter

Come out of the cold to explore a world of great films as the Gallery is transformed into a cosy lounge-style cinémathèque –complete with massive Dolby Digital surround sound for the full big screen experience.

The Gallery’s winter edition of Just for Kids is a free holiday program specially curated for children of all ages – the young and the young at heart! Featuring six films across three days, with a cool collection of innovative animation and live action/adventure family classics.

Just for Kids started on Wednesday 17 July and finishes on Friday 19 July, with free screenings twice daily at 10am and 2pm. No bookings are required however; children must be accompanied by an adult.

Then on Saturday 20 July from 6pm, we present two masterpieces of the science fiction genre back-to-back with Dystopian Winter, screening Alfonso Cuaron’s feverish dystopian chase thriller Children of Men (2006) and Terry Gilliam’s classic sci-fi epic Brazil (1985).
