Emergency services are currently at the scene of a fatal crash at Stonyford.
It is believed a vehicle was travelling along Cobden-Stonyford Road about 4am when it lost control and rolled a number of times.
The male driver and sole occupant, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be established and the investigation is ongoing.
Road closures are expected to remain in place for some time.
