A man has died following a fatal motorcycle crash on Kangaroo Island overnight.
Just after 9.30pm Thursday 8 November police and emergency services were called to the corner of North Coast Road and Ten Tree Lagoon Road in Wisanger after reports a motorcycle had collided with a sheep.
Sadly, the solo rider, a 45-year-old Kangaroo Island man died at the scene.
Major Crash Investigators flew to the scene late last night to assist local police. Ten Tree Lagoon Road will remain closed this morning while the investigation continues. Please avoid the area.
The man’s death takes the State’s road toll to 65 compared to 82 at the same time last year.
