Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred in Attadale on Tuesday 30 June 2020.
Just after 6.25am, at the intersection of Canning Highway and North Lake Road, a cyclist fell from his road bike, colliding with a traffic control light pole on Canning Highway.
The cyclist, a 43-year-old man, was taken by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital but later died.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone that witnessed the crash or have dash cam footage leading up to or of the crash.
