Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal fire at a caravan park in Campbellfield this morning.
Emergency services were called to reports of the blaze inside a cabin on Sydney Road just after 4.30am.
A yet-to-be-identified man was located deceased inside the premises.
No one else was inside the property at the time.
At this stage, the circumstances of the fire are yet to be determined and detectives from the Arson and Explosive Squad are attending.
The investigation remains ongoing.
