Police are investigating a fatal house fire in Carisbrook overnight.
Emergency services were called the blaze at a property on Church Street about 1.05am.
A 77-year-old Carisbrook man was located deceased inside the property.
The exact cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
An arson chemist will attend the scene this morning.
