Police are currently at the scene of a fatal light plane crash in Seaview.
It is believed the plane crashed in rugged terrain near Grand Ridge Road about 7.15am.
The pilot and sole occupant, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
