A man has died following a single vehicle crash in Sydney’s west.
About 4:30am today (Thursday 12 September 2024), emergency services were called to Walters Road, Blacktown, following reports a hatchback had collided with a tree.
NSW Ambulance paramedics attended; however, the man died at the scene.
The man, believed to be aged in his 20s, is yet to be formally identified.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Corner.
Officers from Blacktown Police Area Command have established a crime scene, with investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident ongoing.
Walters Road is blocked in both directions from Bungarribee Road to Douglas Road.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area.
