About 8.10pm today (Saturday 26 July 2025), emergency services were called to a motorsports park on Ferrers Road, Eastern Creek, following reports of a single-vehicle crash during a sanctioned race event.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the driver – a 53-year-old man – however, he died at the scene.
Officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command have established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the crash.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
Motorsport Australia has been notified of the incident.
