A man has died following a single vehicle crash near Lithgow today.
Emergency services were called to the Great Western Highway at Wallerawang, about 15kms north-east of Lithgow, just after 5pm (Sunday 17 February 2019), after a Holden Commodore towing a boat jack-knifed and crashed.
The male driver and sole occupant died at the scene. He is yet to be formally identified.
Officers from Chifley Police District are attended and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
