Police are investigating a fatal unit fire at Everard Park.
Emergency services responded to a fire at a block of units on Halmon Avenue about 5.20pm on Thursday 5 December. One of the units was well alight when patrols and fire crews arrived.
The fire was extinguished before it could spread to other units.
Sadly, a person was found deceased on the balcony of the premises and police will be preparing a report for the Coroner.
Fire cause investigators have attended the scene to try and determine the cause of the fire.
