Final stage of Crossroads Industrial Estate released for sale

  • 20 fully serviced lots from 2,100sqm to 6.6ha to suit a wide range of businesses
  • Strategically located in Forrestdale adjacent to major road transport routes
  • Industrial land supply to support jobs and economic growth

Twenty new commercial lots have been released in the fifth and final stage of DevelopmentWA’s Crossroads Industrial Estate.

Stage 5A comprises 20 pre-sale lots ranging from 2,100sqm to 6.6ha and suitable for a range of industrial uses including showrooms, offices and workshops.

Crossroads Industrial is a 56ha estate within Forrestdale Business Park West, a highly sought-after location in Perth’s south-eastern corridor that is strategically located near key transport routes including Ranford Road, Tonkin Highway and Armadale Road.

When fully developed, Forrestdale Business Park West is expected to unlock $520 million in construction investment and support more than 1,500 full time construction jobs. Businesses operating on the lots are expected to create more than 4,000 ongoing full-time jobs and have an estimated annual economic activity around $1.9 billion when fully operational.

All lots will be fully serviced with power, water, sewerage and broadband network access and can be amalgamated. Interested parties should submit offers by 5pm AWST, Monday 27 November.

As stated by Lands Minister John Carey:

“The Industrial Lands Authority has been deconstraining strategically-located land, including the Crossroads Industrial Estate – ensuring the State has an ongoing pipeline of industrial land needed to diversify the Western Australian economy.

“About 64 per cent of the 178ha in Forrestdale Business Park West has now been unlocked for development, which will create a significant number of local jobs for Western Australians.”

As stated by Jandakot MLA Yaz Mubarakai:

“The first four stages in the Crossroads development have sold out, which underlines the value of high-quality industrial land located close to key transport routes.

“Importantly, the estate has provided opportunities for the full spectrum of businesses to establish and grow operations – including local operators as well as large industry names.”
