Today, officers from the Crime Gangs Task Force arrested a member of the Finks Outlaw Motorcycle Gang following the investigation into a break-in and assault at North Haven earlier this month.
Police will allege that just before 3pm on 7 November, the man who was in company with another man, forced his way into a home in North Haven and assaulted the occupant. The man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he was treated for facial injuries.
The Crime Gangs Task Force officers attended a Kidman Park home in company with STAR Group this morning to arrest one of the suspects.
During the arrest and search of the property police located a loaded handgun.
A 24-year-old man from Kidman Park was charged with aggravated serious criminal trespass, serious assault causing harm and possessing a firearm without a licence. The man was refused bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
Police investigations are continuing.
