The Chief Fire Control Officer, Bushfires NT and the Director, NT Fire andRescue Service have declared a 24HOUR FIRE BAN PERIODfor Tuesday 10 September 2019 forthe following areas.
NORTHERN FIRE PROTECTION ZONE, DARWIN & ADELAIDE RIVER, DALYSOUTH AND GREGORY NORTHWEST FIRE WEATHER FORECAST AREAS
The Fire Ban is declared for a 24hour period commencing at 0000 hours on Tuesday 10 September 2019.
No person shall light a fire or cause a fire to be lit in the open in theportion of the Northern Territory within the fire ban areas.
This includes the DARWIN, BATCHELOR,ADELAIDE RIVER and PINE CREEK EMERGENCY RESPONSE AREAS and the LITCHFIELDMUNICIPALITY and COOMALIE SHIRE.
The Fire Ban is valid from midnight to midnight.
