Police are appealing for public assistance following an incident in Atherton on 12 July.
Around 1.45am officers received reports two 18-year-old men were walking on the road when they were approached by an unknown vehicle, before a passenger, an unknown male, reportedly pointed a shotgun at them.
No one was physically injured, and the vehicle fled and drove along Main Street towards Tolga.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw a silver or grey sedan with a small light bar across the grill, and a thin black spare wheel on the rear driver’s side.
Anyone with relevant information or CCTV or dashcam vision is urged to contact police.
