The course was provided over two days in Forbes, New South Wales, and opens up future career opportunities in the rail sector such as Track Worker, Track Installer and Track Maintainer roles.
SARC is a nationally recognised course designed for rail workers who are required to enter the rail corridor as part of their role and is designed to give learners the basic skills and knowledge needed to safely enter and navigate the rail corridor.
Successfully passing the course is a mandatory requirement for receiving the Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card for many rail network providers.
