Fourth person arrested after Seaford death

Homicide Squad detectives have arrested a fourth person in relation to the death of a man in Seaford on Wednesday evening.

An 18-year-old Frankston man was arrested at an address in Carrum Downs about 4.30pm this afternoon.

He is currently assisting police with their enquires.

His arrest comes after emergency services attended Station Street about 6.55pm on 25 November following reports a man had been stabbed.

A 26-year-old Langwarrin man was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.

Three other people have been interviewed in relation to the incident.

A 21-year-old Somers woman has been charged with affray and assault and will face court later this evening.

A 19-year-old Somers man has been charged with murder.

He appeared at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today where he was further remanded to 25 March 2021 for a committal mention hearing.

A 17-year-old male from Frankston, was yesterday charged with affray, intentionally cause injury and commit offences whilst on bail.

He has been bailed appear at a Children’s Court at a later date.

At this stage police are not looking for anyone else in relation to the matter.
