Victoria’s pub goers, thirsty for a keg-fresh Furphy, are expected to flock to their local today, as pubs and clubs across the state officially and safely reopen their doors.
The Victorian born beer – Furphy – will shout double-jabbed punters a free Furphy, as their ‘Vaxxed To The Pub’* initiative kicks-off in its home state today.
“We can’t wait to see Victorians having that well overdue yarn at their local watering hole, cheersing with their free Furphy. We’ve missed our mates in hospitality, and are thrilled to be able to show them our support as they welcome back their much-missed patrons from today,” said Lion Sales Director for Victoria, John Soccio.
The Furphy kegs are tapped as pubs around the state ready themselves to welcome back punters, yearning for their first keg-fresh beer sip in months.
