Council will roll out a series of free seminars this month to provide important information on working safely around power lines.
Seminars will be held in Mildura, Ouyen and Red Cliffs and will be conducted by nationally-accredited training organisation Thomson Bridge.
Information will include:
- obligations when working around power lines
- No Go Zones and Safe Approach Distances
- legal obligations
- safety practices
- risk assessment
- hazards.
