With one third (31%) of new Sydney parents saying they needed the most support between 3-12 months postnatal, a new service has opened for people experiencing perinatal depression and anxiety (PNDA) to support Sydneysiders. Sutherland Shire parents can now access GP-referred, free specialist perinatal counselling sessions at the new Gidget House at Kareena Private Hospital.
