Reflections Holiday Parks

The NSW New England Region is a tourist destination of choice and Reflections Holiday Parks Lake Keepit aims to keep it that way with new glamping by the dam opportunities now on offer. Lake Keepit ‘Glamping by the Dam’ includes six, fully furnished bell tents for two with generous decks, a new undercover BBQ area and a communal firepit to allow for couples’ getaways or groups who want to camp out together in style. The precinct is part of a groupwide accelerated program of luxury cabin, glamping and tiny home developments ready in time for Summer. Member for Tamworth and Minister for Lands and Water Kevin Anderson said the Crown land holiday park welcomes over 60,000 guests and day visitors each year contributing about $1.6 million to the regional economy, with the new glamping precinct to provide a further boost. “This new glamping precinct will expand the accommodation offering at Lake Keepit and increase opportunities for nature-based holidays bringing more tourism and business spending to our region and supporting jobs,” Mr Anderson said. Reflections Holiday Parks Regional Manager Leith Smith said Lake Keepit glamping offers a unique outdoor holiday experience for couples and groups who want to have that special outdoor camping experience without the fuss of bringing all the gear. “We are offering an easy, luxurious stay in one of the most beautiful spots in the New England Region,” Leith said. “Everything has been done for you; just drive in, put down your bags and relax on your deck with a wine or hot cuppa in hand.” “Whether you are a couple wanting a romantic getaway waking up to flocks of birds and kangaroos on your doorstep, or a group wanting to enjoy fun days on the dam, Lake Keepit glamping offers it all. “Lake Keepit is a special spot and the nights are truly breathtaking with stargazing a popular activity for campers. We want local communities to enjoy time by the dam and visitors to the region to have a holiday experience unique to Lake Keepit they can’t get in the city.” Reflections Holiday Parks CEO Nick Baker said the new glamping precinct added another dimension to the visitor experience at Lake Keepit. “Glamping by the dam is a way to enjoy refined camping in a rustic environment,” Nick said. “Lake Keepit is an iconic part of the New England Region and we are proud to provide more opportunities for people to visit the area and experience all it has to offer. “Our parks like Lake Keepit boost regional tourism and economies. As a profit for purpose organisation, all profit is reinvested back into our parks and 22,954 acres of nature reserves we care for throughout regional NSW for communities to enjoy.”

With an initial capacity to accommodate more than 4,000 visitors annually, the new Lake Keepit glamping precinct provides a luxurious stay in one of the most beloved holiday spots in the region. Available from $124 per night, it is anticipated to be a popular holiday option across the seasons. To book a Reflections Holiday Park’ experience at Lake Keepit
