Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Harley Barnes.
The 32-year-old is wanted on arrest warrants in relation to assault and drug matters.
Ryan described as approximately 173cm tall, a thin build, short fair hair and a ruddy complexion.
He is known to frequent the Reservoir and surrounding areas.
Investigators have released an image of Harley in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
