Are you a non-government organisation or community group in the Rockhampton Region with a project that could drive bushfire recovery?
The Queensland Government has announced that applications are now open for the second round of Category C Flexible Funding Grants, and the Local Disaster Management Group (LDMG) is inviting potential applicants to submit their ideas.
Chair of the LDMG Councillor Tony Williams said that this funding is designed to not only aid in recovery efforts, but to enhance longer-term disaster resilience and recovery in Central Queensland.
“Our LDMG is eager to work with any NGO or community group in our region planning to apply for funding,” said Cr Williams.
