Kempsey Shire Council

Residents can expect to see the new Chatterbox van hitting the road, visiting towns and villages to help build resilient communities and provide support to those in times of need.

An exciting addition to Council, the Chatterbox van will make it easy for Council to engage with the community across Kempsey Shire and deliver preparedness programs and recovery support, particularly in the wake of unprecedented events like natural disasters.

The colourful Chatterbox van is hard to miss and is now ready to travel wherever and whenever it is needed. If you see it out and about, come have a yarn and check out this amazing new community resource.

The Chatterbox was grant funded by the NSW Government’s Bushfire Community Recovery and Resilience Fund.
