Police are appealing to the public for information on the whereabouts of 65-year-old Angela Phelps-Martin, who was last seen at around 4pm on Riverbend Road, Onekawa, Napier.
She is wearing a light-blue top, blue jeans, pink socks and brown shoes.
The photo is of Angela when she was younger.
Police and Angela’s caregivers have concerns for her welfare.
Anyone who has seen Angela or has information on her whereabouts is urged to call Police on 111, quoting job number P056018702.
