The Department of Communities has released the Directions Paper for public comment for the 10-Year Strategy on Homelessness.
The Directions Paper has been informed by consultation with service providers from across the state, academic research, engagement with the community, and insights from people with lived experience.
Community organisations, government agencies, local government and members of the community are invited to provide feedback on the Directions Paper. Feedback will be used to inform the Strategy, which will be finalised in mid-2019.
NDS encourages members to provide feedback and share the Directions Paper with your networks and to anyone in the broader community who would like to have their say.
The submission period closes on Friday, 17 May 2019.
