Heart-Track Online System Closure

The online portal for the Health Watch Program, Heart-Track (HT) Online, is being closed down.

Heart-Track (HT) Online System Closure

HT Online allowed participating members to record their results from Health Watch Program health checks to track their relevant health information over time.

Following the closure of HT Online, the Health Watch Program will continue to run as normal (pending COVID-19 restrictions) and participants will still receive their results during health check sessions. While a new online system for recording results is being developed by CFA, all participants will be provided with their own Health Programs booklet to track their personal health information.

Data on HT Online is being held securely by CFA in compliance with the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).

Members who would like to receive a copy of their data from the HT Online system can do so by following the instructions outlined on the HT Intranet page.

There are two options for members to receive their data;

  1. Electronically via email, with a password protected file and the password provided separately via SMS.
  2. Via registered mail

Members can no longer login to their HT Online profiles to view their historical records.

Please be advised that for security reasons, only one staff member will be able to provide members with a copy of their data. As such, please allow five business days for your data to be provided to you following your request.

Please also be advised that due to annual leave arrangements, any requests for data received during January 2021 will be actioned from February 2021.

Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions page on the CFA Intranet.
