Help engage community on future of Grayden’s Reserve

Are you interested in the future of Graydens Reserve in Newhaven? Then we want to hear from you!

Bass Coast Shire Council is putting together a Community Panel to help design the community engagement process for the future of the Reserve and we’re asking for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to join our Community Panel.

Bass Coast Mayor Cr Clare Le Serve encouraged Expressions of Interest from the community.

“We know that Graydens Reserve is a much-loved community space and before seeking feedback from our community on its future we want to ensure that we’re using the best methods to reach those with an interest in the Reserve.”

“Whether you live nearby, frequently use the Reserve, have a keen interest in its development, or have any other meaningful connection, we want to hear from you,” Cr Le Serve said.

“As a Panel member, you will play a key role in creating and promoting opportunities for everyone to provide feedback on the design of Graydens Reserve. We have 15 spots available on the Panel, offering a wonderful opportunity for co-designing the engagement process.”

Panel members will be required to attend one three-hour workshop in Newhaven on Thursday, 15 February 2024. The time of day will be decided based on what is best suited for the majority of panel members.

“Your input and perspective will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and vibrant space for everyone.” Cr Le Serve said.
