Police have intercepted an alleged drink driver in Reservoir last night.
Officers responded after numerous called to Triple Zero (000) alerting to them to an erratic driver about 9pm.
The grey Toyota sedan was stopped Chaleyer Street by police and the 59-year-old male driver from Reservoir returned a positive evidentiary breath test of .313.
His vehicle was impounded for 30 days at a cost of just over $800.
The man’s licence was immediately suspended, and he is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving.
