Joondalup Detectives have charged a 20-year-old man in relation to an incident that occurred in Hillarys during the early hours of this morning, Sunday 7 November 2021.
It is alleged the man was involved in a physical altercation with a 29-year-old man. During the altercation the 29-year-old man received serious head injuries. He was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital and remains in a critical but stable condition.
The 20-year-old man from Butler is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today (10/11), charged with:
• Grievous Bodily Harm; and
• Stealing.
During this investigation detectives executed a search warrant at a home in Butler where it is alleged officers located and seized numerous Gel Blasters.
A 19-year-old man from Butler will appear in the Joondalup Magistrates Court on 6 December 2021 charged with:-
• 1 x Obstruct Public Officers;
• 6 x Possessed a Prohibited Weapon;
• 2 X Possessed a Controlled Weapon; and
• 1 X Possess any Drug Paraphernalia in or on which there was a Prohibited Drug or Plant.
