Hit-run collision in Roxburgh Park

Police are investigating a hit run collision in Roxburgh Park last night (8 February) which has left a man with life-threatening injuries.

It is believed the victim was with friends at a reserve off Lakeside Drive about 4pm when he was struck by a vehicle.

The impact caused him to land on the bonnet before he fell off and was run over by the car.

The white car left the scene.

The Craigieburn man was taken to hospital with multiple injuries and is in a critical condition.

Police have spoken to a number of witnesses but at this stage do not have any further description of the car.
