Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Portland this evening.
Police were called to an address on Park Street around 7.30pm after a man, who is yet to be formally identified, was located deceased.
Police arrested a male at the Park Street address, and he is currently assisting with their enquiries.
It is believed both parties are known to each other.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined and a
crime scene has been established.
