Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Preston this morning.
Emergency services were called to reports a man had been shot in a car park on High Street in Preston shortly after 10.30am on Monday, 28 January.
A man, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
Police have cordoned off the area and a crime scene is in place.
At this early stage, police believe the incident was targeted.
