Police are investigating a house fire at Elizabeth East this morning.
Emergency services were called to a property in Hull Street, Elizabeth East just before 7am on Sunday 16 December after smoke was seen coming from the roof.
The unoccupied house is under renovation. There are no reports of injuries.
The fire was extinguished by MFS crews.
Fire case investigators will attend the scene this morning to try to determine the cause of the fire.
