Police have arrested a man following a suspicious house fire at Ingle Farm.
Just before 9pm on Wednesday 11 December, patrols and MFS crews were called to Lauder Street after reports of a house on fire.
The sole occupant of the house escaped without injury after about $80,000 damage was caused.
Fire Cause investigators attended the scene and determined the fire as deliberate.
A short time ago, police arrested a 47-year-old man from Ingle Farm – he is expected to be charged with arson.
