HSF advises HIH Invest Real Estate as financial investment manager of Benelux Commercial Real Estate Fund and its asset manager EDR

Herbert Smith Freehills advised the financial investment management company HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH on the financing of three properties for the open-ended real estate special fund Benelux Commercial Real Estate Fund.

The HSF team accompanied both the acquisition financing for a 4000 sqm office property in Luxembourg’s financial district Kirchberg, and the refinancing of two properties in Brussels. The lender was Postbank – a branch of Deutsche Bank AG. EDMOND DE ROTHSCHILD REIM (Benelux) B.V. acts as asset management for the Benelux Commercial Real Estate Fund.
