Like many of you, we are prioritising our efforts due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, this means we are currently unable to offer the BizLab Academy’s Human Centred Design 1.01 training.
We have started working on an online version of the Academy and a HCD tool kit. We will share these with you when they’re available.
In the meantime, we’ve made our Govteams site available for the Australian Public Service. Previously, this resource was only available to our course alumni. You can find all of our course materials on this site. There’s also a chat room where you can ask HCD questions of the Academy Alumni.
To access these resources, log on to the Govteams site. Make sure you use the Chrome browser and @govteams in your user id.
